This policy explains how we handle personal data on perimetrix.ai and the free Brand Snapshot. Our authorized security assessments (the Perimetrix console and any engagement) are governed by the separate agreement signed with each client, which takes precedence for that data.

1. Who we are

Perimetrix ("we", "us") provides external attack-surface and brand-protection services for the iGaming sector. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at comercial@perimetrix.ai.

2. What we collect

Free Brand Snapshot. The domain name you enter, and your IP address. The IP is used only transiently to rate-limit the free tool and prevent abuse; it is not used to build a profile of you.
If you contact us (for example by email), the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address and your message.

We do not require you to create an account to use the free tool, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not knowingly collect special-category personal data.

3. How the Brand Snapshot works

The snapshot reads publicly available records only. It is passive: it never scans, probes or connects to the target's own systems. Results are drawn from third-party public sources and are provided for information only.

4. Why we process your data (lawful basis)

Legitimate interests — to operate and secure the free tool and to follow up on commercial interest you show in our services.
Your request / consent — when you email us or ask for an assessment.
Legal obligation — where we must retain records to comply with the law.

5. How long we keep it

Snapshot inputs are processed transiently to generate your result. Rate-limiting data tied to an IP address is short-lived. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship.

6. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run Perimetrix — for example hosting infrastructure and the public/threat-intelligence data sources named above. They process data on our behalf or operate the public records we query. We do not sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

Some lookups are run against third-party public-record services that may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email comercial@perimetrix.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
